Objective:
Execute a four-year, comprehensive evaluation of New Hampshire's Reading First Program implementation and evaluate the Program's progress, locally and statewide, in an ongoing and summative manner.
Activities:
Annually submit findings from each year of student outcome data to the State's education department and the U.S. Department of Education; Conduct site visits to all Reading First schools for interviews and observation; Develop a school database to compare Reading First and non-Reading First schools; Run pre- and post-tests; and complete final polling of all Reading First team members.
