Objective:
Execute a four-year, comprehensive evaluation of New Hampshire's Reading First Program implementation and evaluate the Program's progress, locally and statewide, in an ongoing and summative manner.

Activities:
Annually submit findings from each year of student outcome data to the State's education department and the U.S. Department of Education; Conduct site visits to all Reading First schools for interviews and observation; Develop a school database to compare Reading First and non-Reading First schools; Run pre- and post-tests; and complete final polling of all Reading First team members.

Client: ProLiteracy America

Objective:
Evaluate the establishment, implementation and outcomes of ProLiteracy America's Performance Accountability Initiative.

Activities:
Administer baseline and annual year-end surveys; Provide both descriptive and instructive analyses of survey data; Report on the implementation of each project module; and connect accountability measures to desired program outcomes.

Client: An online professional development tool for literacy coaches and mentors

Objective:
Conduct formative research for the online tool to aid in its development.

Activities:
Survey teachers and administrators nationally; Develop in-school case studies; Interview coaches and facilitators; Construct a literature review of instructional coaching; Administer a survey of educational service agencies (ESAs); and conduct a coaching needs assessment.
